1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the blueberry.kg website (the “Site”), owned by Blueberry LLC, INN 00204202610077, address: 80 Yunusaliev St, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

1.2. By starting to use the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

2.1. The Site is informational and is intended to familiarize visitors with the Company’s activities, the range of services provided, and ways to contact the Company.

2.2. The information about services on the Site, including their descriptions and any stated conditions, does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The scope of work, timelines and cost are determined solely by the contract concluded between the Company and the client.

2.3. Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not give rise to any obligation of the Company to conclude a contract.

2.4. The Site’s materials do not constitute information-security advice in relation to any specific infrastructure and may not be used as a substitute for a professional assessment.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All materials of the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, the trade name, design elements, structure and source code, are intellectual property of the Company or are used on lawful grounds.

3.2. Use of the Site’s materials without the Company’s written consent is not permitted, except for quotation with mandatory indication of the source and an active hyperlink to the relevant page of the Site.

3.3. Trademarks, names and logos of third parties mentioned on the Site belong to their rights holders and are used solely for informational purposes.

4. Rules of use

4.1. The user undertakes not to perform actions aimed at disrupting the operability of the Site, obtaining unauthorized access to its components or stored data, or collecting data by automated means without the Company’s consent.

4.2. The user undertakes not to submit through the contact form any information whose distribution is prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, or personal data of third parties without their consent.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Company takes reasonable measures to keep the Site’s materials current and accurate but does not guarantee their completeness or applicability to a user’s specific situation.

5.2. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including interruptions in its availability caused by technical work, third-party actions or force majeure.

5.3. The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company does not control their content and is not responsible for the materials posted there or the data-processing rules they apply.

6. Personal data

6.1. Processing of personal data obtained through the Site is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

7.1. These Terms and any relations arising in connection with the use of the Site are governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7.2. Disputes are to be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Company’s location in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1. The Company may unilaterally amend these Terms. A new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless another date is specified in the version itself.

8.2. Continued use of the Site after publication of a new version constitutes the user’s agreement to the changes made.
